Your responsibilities

• Overseeing and managing the technical aspects of production resources in the plant, monitoring their performance, and implementing necessary improvements.
• Leading the technical team in the plant, planning, and supervising the execution of assigned tasks.
• Analyzing the efficiency indicators of machines and equipment, implementing corrections to achieve production plans, and enhancing applied technologies.
• Monitoring and expanding technical production resources based on production data and executing new investments when needed.
• Maintaining constant contact and cooperation with external companies within the scope of assigned responsibilities.
• Initiating and implementing activities aimed at improving occupational health and safety, reducing workplace accidents, and mitigating potential hazards.
• Implementing initiatives to reduce the required direct production resources in production and logistics areas, including managing and executing a savings plan.
• Developing and executing actions to improve the efficiency of the supervised area of activity.
• Participating in the acceptance of new or modified workstations, including co-creating the required documentation (e.g., procedures for new workstations).
• Responsibility on a global scale (6 plants worldwide) for defining standards for production means, process design, and their improvement in the area of final assembly machines (e.g., final assembly lines, test lines, module lines, welding lines). This includes plant visits according to the defined schedule and reporting to the Group Industrial Director.

Our requirements

• Higher education in a relevant field.
• Fluent in English both oral and written.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role (experience in the automotive industry is a plus).
• Strong managerial skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams.
• Knowledge of process management tools such as FMEA, Control Plan (CP), Lean methodology, and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Hands-on experience in designing, building, and optimizing production lines and workstations.
• Creativity and resourcefulness in improving and enhancing production processes.
