Dla jednego z naszych kluczowych klientów, poszukujemy specjalisty, który dołączy do zespołu infrastrukturalnego odpowiedzialnego za rozwój i utrzymanie systemów monitorowania i observability. Projekt obejmuje wdrażanie rozwiązań do monitorowania aplikacji oraz procesów biznesowych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem technologii chmurowych (Azure, GCP) oraz narzędzi takich jak Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix i innych. Współpraca z zespołami odpowiedzialnymi za różne aplikacje i systemy IT będzie kluczowa dla sukcesu projektu.

Observability Engineering Lead


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • Przeprowadzanie spotkań z zespołami odpowiedzialnymi za aplikacje i systemy (Azure, Kubernetes, SAP, WMS) w celu zrozumienia ich potrzeb w zakresie monitorowania i observability.
  • Dokumentowanie wymagań i oczekiwań dotyczących systemów monitorowania
  • Wybór odpowiednich narzędzi i technologii do monitorowania aplikacji i procesów biznesowych.
  • Projektowanie i implementacja rozwiązań observability zgodnie z najlepszymi praktykami.
  • Integracja narzędzi observability z istniejącymi systemami i aplikacjami.
  • Monitorowanie działania wdrożonych rozwiązań i zapewnienie ich ciągłości.
  • Analiza i rozwiązywanie problemów związanych z observability.
  • Wdrażanie ulepszeń i aktualizacji systemów monitorowania.
  • Szkolenie zespołów technicznych w zakresie korzystania z narzędzi observability.
  • Organizacja pracy zespołu wytwórczego oraz utrzymaniowego.
  • Wyznaczanie zadań dla członków zespołu oraz budowanie harmonogramu prac.
  • Monitorowanie postępów prac i dostosowywanie planów w razie potrzeby.
  • Zarządzanie kontraktem z firmą zewnętrzną, w tym negocjowanie umów, monitorowanie realizacji usług oraz rozliczenia.
  • Tworzenie i utrzymywanie dokumentacji projektowej.
  • Regularne raportowanie postępów prac do wyższej kadry zarządzającej.
  • Identyfikowanie ryzyk projektowych i podejmowanie działań zapobiegawczych

Nasze wymagania

  • Znajomość narzędzi i technologii do monitorowania systemów IT (np. Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK Stack, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic).
  • Doświadczenie w pracy z chmurą publiczną (Azure, Google Cloud).
  • Znajomość Kubernetes i jego ekosystemu.
  • Mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy z systemami SAP oraz WMS.
  • Umiejętność zbierania i analizowania wymagań biznesowych i technicznych.
  • Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne, umożliwiające współpracę z różnymi zespołami IT.
  • Zdolność do dokumentowania procesów i rozwiązań technicznych.
  • Doświadczenie w implementacji i zarządzaniu narzędziami do monitorowania.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem technicznym.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami IT, w tym tworzenie harmonogramów i organizacja pracy zespołu.
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu kontraktami z firmami zewnętrznymi.
