Project Manager - SuperyachtsYour responsibilities project planning, organizing, directing and control to a successful completion contact with Clients and/or their Representatives daily dealing with CLASS and FLAG Authorities, coordination and maintenance of relevant project documentation coordination and follow up on internal and external project activities sustain workflow and contact with departments involves in project coordination of purchasing processes and scheduling of materials coordination of suppliers and service companies motivating and managing the Project Team, demonstrating “visible leadership Costs control and follow-up on the budget Our requirements High degree – technical degree preferred Professional experience with project management in a production company – preferably a new-building shipyard Excellent command of English Theoretical and practical knowledge of the technical aspects of ship and yacht building Knowledge of CLASS and Authorities’ technical standards for yachts High level of organizational skills and self-confidence in making decisions Understanding of the value of proper stakeholder management, skills in balancing the interests of different parties and finding compromises solution-oriented, flexible, proactive and skilled in the art of communicating open-minded and respectfully at all levels High proficiency in negotiations Good command of Polish What we offer Employment contract or B2B contract Commuting allowance - fuel surcharge Fruit in the office Bonus for recommending qualified candidates Relocation allowance Opportunity to join additional life insurance Private health care Multisport card Opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement Aplikuj
