Release Train Engineer to lider w metodyce SAFe odpowiedzialny za koordynację pracy wielu zespołów zwinnych (Agile Release Train). Jego główną rolą jest ułatwianie realizacji programu, usuwanie przeszkód, zarządzanie ryzykiem i wspieranie ciągłego doskonalenia. To rola wyższa od klasycznego Scrum Mastera, wymagająca umiejętności zarządzania dużą grupą osób oraz łączenia perspektyw biznesowych, technicznych i organizacyjnych.Relase Train Engineer / Expert Scrum MasterTwój zakres obowiązków Prowadzenie i facylitacja sesji Program Increment (PI) Planning. Utrzymywanie aktualności Program Board z funkcjami, zależnościami i ryzykami. Pełnienie roli głównego Scrum Mastera dla Agile Release Train (ART). Monitorowanie i raportowanie postępów prac za pomocą metryk (np. velocity, predictability, PI objectives). Organizacja i prowadzenie warsztatów Inspect & Adapt. Identyfikacja, zarządzanie i eskalacja ryzyk oraz przeszkód na poziomie programu. Coaching zespołów, Scrum Masterów i liderów w zakresie Agile, Lean i SAFe. Budowanie mostu komunikacyjnego pomiędzy interesariuszami biznesowymi a zespołami deweloperskimi. Nasze wymagania Certyfikat SAFe Release Train Engineer. Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu Agile Release Train oraz pracy z wieloma zespołami. Umiejętność prowadzenia dużych spotkań (PI Planning, System Demo, Inspect & Adapt). Silne zdolności komunikacyjne i umiejętność przekazywania informacji różnym grupom odbiorców. Doświadczenie w planowaniu i koordynowaniu pracy wielu zespołów. Zdolność do łączenia perspektyw technicznych, biznesowych i organizacyjnych. Doświadczenie w obszarze płatności oraz systemach transakcyjnych. Znajomość technologii używanych w projektach: Java, platformy danych, mikroserwisy, Kafka, DWH. Zrozumienie ograniczeń technicznych i wyzwań zespołów.
