Your responsibilities

  • Business Partnering: Arbeite eng mit Führungskräften global verteilter Teams zusammen, um deren Ziele zu verstehen und strategischer, mitarbeiterbezogene Beratung zu bieten. UnterstützeManager mit Coaching und Expertise in den Bereichen Personalmanagement, Teamentwicklung und Organisationsgestaltung
  • Mitarbeiterengagement und -beziehungen: Fungiere als erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeiteranfragen und biete Beratungzu Richtlinien, Prozessen und Angelegenheiten der Mitarbeiterbeziehungen. Entwickle und implementiere Initiativen, die das Wohlbefinden, Engagement und die Bindung der Mitarbeitenden fördern
  • Performance und Talententwicklung: Leite Führungskräfte durch unseren Talent Review-Prozess, von der Zielsetzung bis zu Entwicklungsgesprächen (Check-Ins), in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem People Development Team. Unterstütze Führungskräfte bei der Erstellung von Entwicklungs- und Karriereplänen
  • Veränderung & Transformation: Unterstütze Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in Zeiten des Wandels und lege dabei den Schwerpunkt auf eine klare und strukturierte Kommunikation sowie einen menschenzentrierten Ansatz. Leite Projekte, die eine kulturelle Weiterentwicklung und organisatorische Verbesserung vorantreiben

Our requirements

  • Du hast Erfahrung als HR Business Partner, People Partner oder in einer ähnlichen Funktion, idealerweise in einem skalierenden und/oder globalen Umfeld
  • Du hast eine Leidenschaft für Personalthemen, sei es Inklusion und Zugehörigkeit, Mitarbeiterengagement, Personaldaten, Change Leadership oder Personalentwicklung
  • Du besitzt gute Kenntnisse des polnischen Arbeitsrechts sowie der lokalen Auslegungen und der HR-Best Practices; Kenntnisse des Arbeitsrechts der DACH-Region sind ein großes Plus
  • Du bist ein großartiger Kommunikator mit ausgeprägten zwischenmenschlichen und Überzeugungsfähigkeiten, der seinen Stil den Erfordernissen der Situation anpassen und mit Leichtigkeit vertrauensvolle Beziehungen aufbauen kann
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Leitung von Veränderungsinitiativen und bist sicher im Umgang mit sensiblen Situationen
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und Englisch
