ICFR Lead & Risk Manager (SAP GRC)

Your responsibilities

• Lead system risk assessments and ensure cyber resiliency in compliance with internal and external standards
• Develop and manage procedures to safeguard the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of critical information assets.
• Advise IT Management on operational and financial risks related to IT systems and data.
• Train system and control owners in risk/control requirements and their responsibilities.
• Act as a liaison between IT Management and auditors to address control gaps and provide effective resolutions.
• Oversee and implement action plans to address identified issues promptly and effectively.
• Propose improvements to simplify and automate control activities, embedding ICFR requirements into new processes.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization, including Group Audit and Risk Advisory, Global Privacy Office, IT Security, and Business Quality units.

Our requirements

• 10+ years in consulting or auditing with a focus on IT General Controls.
• BA/BS in Informatics, Business Administration, or equivalent; MA/MS preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of SAP security concepts and compliance solutions, such as SAP GRC.
• Ability to simplify complex IT and compliance topics for non-technical audiences.
• Proficient in English (C1 level).
