Obowiązki

  • provides settlement services in our role as global custodian for our clients,
  • ensure securities portfolios are transferred between other financial institutions,
  • guarantee timely settlement of transactions in global markets and play an active role in looking after accurate realignments of securities positions.
  • processes private placement hedge funds and mutual funds transfers for our clients,
  • ensure risk aware exception handling, trade monitoring and manual interventions on client & market transactions,
  • liaise between custodians and transfer agents to ensure timely settlement of client assets.

Wymagania

  • good ​understanding of securities markets specifically functions of a custodian,
  • knowledge of Equities and Fixed Income products with an understanding of processing confirmations and settlements,
  • basic understanding of Corporate Actions event processing and reconciliation,
  • profound experience in securities settlements (capturing, instructing & monitoring orders),
  • knowledge of SWIFT messaging.
