  • Doborem, aktualizacją treści oraz bieżącą administracją platformy wdrożeniowej dla zespołu Ambasadorów i Team Leaderów
  • Dostarczaniem jakościowego materiału szkoleniowego wspierającego realizację celów biznesowych działu kontaktu z konsumentami
  • Rozwojem zespołu ds. kontaktu z konsumentami poprzez przygotowanie e-learningowych treści szkoleniowych dla Ambasadorów, Team Leaderów i Koordynatorów
  • Zapewnianiem i podtrzymywaniem właściwej komunikacji między zespołami ds. kontaktów z konsumentami a pozostałymi działami JTI w kwestiach szkoleniowych
  • Monitorowaniem procesu rekrutacji Ambasadorów i Team Leaderów przez zewnętrzne agencje pracy tymczasowej
  • Przygotowywaniem analizy zadowolenia z pracy i efektywności pracowników zewnętrznych 
  • Archiwizowaniem dokumentacji szkoleniowej i rekrutacyjnej 
  • Wyborem i współpracą z zewnętrznymi agencjami szkoleniowymi, w tym przygotowywaniem i przeprowadzaniem przetargów lub procesu zakupów zgodnie z polityką i procedurami JTI
  • Obsługą systemu SAP w zakresie zakupu dóbr i usług zgodnie z procedurami

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe
  • Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku
  • Doświadczenie zawodowe w zakresie P&C/HR jako dodatkowy atut
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację (poziom B2)                                        
  • Dobrą znajomość programu MS Office, w szczególności Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook
  • Zdolności interpersonalne
  • Wysoko rozwinięte zdolności analityczne
