Quality Manager


Twój zakres obowiązków

  • opracowywanie, wdrażanie i utrzymanie systemów zarządzania jakością,
  • zapewnienie zgodności procesów i procedur produkcyjnych ze standardami jakościowymi w firmie,
  • analizowanie wskaźników efektywności i optymalizacja procesów jakościowych, w szczególności ocena zgodności produktu ze standardami Klientów,
  • identyfikowanie obszarów wymagających doskonalenia i wdrażanie działań naprawczych i zapobiegawczych,
  • inicjowanie i wdrażanie działań usprawniających procesy produkcyjne,
  • zarządzanie zespołem oraz zapewnienie odpowiedniego szkolenia i wsparcia dla pracowników związanych z aspektami jakościowymi.
  • współpraca z przedstawicielami działów produkcyjnych, technologicznych i zaopatrzenia,
  • realizacja wewnętrznych szkoleń jakościowych,
  • uczestnictwo w przeprowadzanych przez Klienta audytach,
  • planowanie i przeprowadzanie inspekcji, testów oraz audytów jakościowych.

Nasze wymagania

  • min. 3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku - preferowana branżą automotive,
  • wykształcenie wyższe techniczne związane z zarządzaniem jakością lub pokrewne,
  • praktyczna znajomość rysunku technicznego,
  • znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w mowie i piśmie,
  • praktyczna znajomość narzędzi Lean Managment (A3, 8D, Kaizen),
  • znajomość standardów jakościowych i metodologii zapewniania jakości (np. ISO 9001),
  • umiejętność analizy danych i raportowania,
  • doświadczenie w zarządzaniu zespołem,
  • doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i zdolność do pracy w zespole.
