Senior Project Manager/Interface Manager


Obowiązki

  • Zarządzanie komunikacją pomiędzy zespołami inżynierskimi
  • Śledzenie postepów projektów i weryfikacja czy projekty są realizowane zgodnie z przyjętym harmonogramem
  • Zapewnienie skutecznej komunikacji pomiędzy prowadzonymi projektami w różnorodnych lokalizacjach
  • Współpraca z Project Managerami odpowiadającymi za dane projekty w celu zapewnienia spójności działań
  • Identyfikowanie ewentualnych opóźnień i wyzwań występujących na projektach
  • Raportowanie postępów prac
  • Udział we wprowadzaniu ulepszeń, które miałby by na celu zwiększenie efektywności prowadzonych prac.

Wymagania

  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane techniczne
  • Doświadczenie w zarządzaniu projektami, preferowanie w złożonych środowiskach inżynieryjnych i budowlanych
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
  • Znajomość metodologii kontroli projektów
  • Dobra znajomość zasad i praktyk zarządzania projektami
  • Doskonałe umiejętności analityczne
  • Umiejętność efektywnej pracy w zespołach wielofunkcyjnych
  • Silne umiejętności komunikacyjne
