Test Lead for Cards Simplification

PROJECT INFORMATION:
Industry: Banking
Location: Tricity/Warsaw/ Łódź
Model: Hybrid: once per week at the office
Remuneration: PLN/H net + VAT
Type of assignment: B2B contract
Duration of assignment: long-term
Responsibilities:
Review requirements for complex Cards migration program, identify test approaches, and plan required migration test activities.
Design and implement tests.
Execute tests, and report results including defects.
Requirements:
Experience in planning and executing testing for complex data migration projects.
Data analyst background/ experience.
In-depth knowledge in testing Mainframe applications using Cobol, DB2, SQL, and JCL Job schedulers such as Control-D/M.
Experience with data comparison using extract files (CSV, TXT…).
Exposure to Unix/Linux, and Shell scripting.
Payments / Cards domain understanding. Understanding banking architecture is a plus.
Technical – able to communicate with development teams, architects, and test environment people to define testing scope and test environments to be used for testing.
Hands-on experience using Data Migration Tools
Fluent communication in English, there is a need for smooth cooperation with teams who are distributed globally (Nordics, Poland, India).
Drive/sense of urgency – understand when there is a need for quick solutions to problems, and act based on that.
Strong problem-solving experience and attitude.
Experience with SAFe and QA in Agile (agile testing).
