Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen to be a part of a newly created In Vivo Facility in Cracow as an In Vivo Pharmacologist, who will play a crucial role in conducting studies and evaluating the efficacy and safety of potential drug candidates. A selected candidate is going to support the drug discovery group in study design, execution of experiments, data analysis, troubleshooting, and general support of the drug discovery and development process. Working in this laboratory-based position scientist will perform pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic studies and take part in toxicological and efficacy studies.

Region Kraków Key Responsibilities Plan and execute pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and toxicology studies. Plan and execute efficacy studies in various preclinical animal models (mice and rats). Conduct dosing, administration, and sample collection in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs). Expertise with integrated physiological assessments in rodent models including hemodynamic measurements and minor surgeries. Collaborates across interdisciplinary research groups to analyze, interpret data, present results and recommend next steps. Maintain accurate records of experiments and results according to company policy. Stay up-to-date with the latest scientific discoveries and methodology to constantly upgrade and improve skills of a group. Your Background At least 3 years of experience in in vivo pharmacology. Knowledge of in vivo pharmacology principles and drug metabolism. Expertise with in vivo dosing and sampling skills. Document, analyze, and interpret ADME, PK, PKPD, and efficacy experiments for the evaluation of drug candidates. Experience with orthotopic xenograft and humanized models of cancer preferred but not essential Excellent communication and presentation skills. Team-oriented and collaborative.
