RES Operations to wiodąca, polska firma specjalizująca się w usługach zarządzania aktywami (asset management) oraz komercyjnego O&M (commercial O&M) świadczonych na najwyższym poziomie na rzecz inwestorów działających w branży energii odnawialnej w Polsce.

Aktualnie poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko: Finance Controller.

Większość naszego zespołu Finansowo-Księgowego pracuje w trybie zdalnym z różnych miejsc w Polsce. W związku z tym oferujemy pracę zdalną. Natomiast jeśli mieszkasz w Warszawie chcielibyśmy, abyś kilka razy w miesiącu pojawił/a się w biurze.

Twój zakres obowiązków

Twój zakres obowiązków:

  • Jesteś odpowiedzialny/a za bieżący kontakt z klientami (funduszami) z branży OZE.
  • Odpowiadasz za terminowe raportowanie wyników zgodnie z obowiązującymi w Grupie standardami  w zakresie rachunkowości finansowej oraz rachunkowości zarządczej.
  • Współpracujesz z działem księgowości oraz innymi działami.
  • Do Twoich obowiązków należy współpraca przy sporządzeniu analiz cash flow, budżetów oraz innych raportów finansowych wymaganych przez klientów
  • Bierzesz udział w procesie zamknięcia miesiąca.
  • Przygotowujesz dane finansowe do raportów miesięcznych/kwartalnych/rocznych.
  • Pomagasz w przeprowadzaniu kontroli wewnętrznych, w tym czynności na koniec miesiąca.

Nasze oczekiwania

Nasze wymagania- dołącz do nas, jeśli:

  • Posiadasz wykształcenie wyższe lub jesteś studentem/tką (preferowane kierunki: finanse, rachunkowość, ekonomia).
  • Możesz pochwalić się 2-3-letnim doświadczeniem zawodowym w pracy w obszarze finansów oraz księgowości.
  • Posiadasz podstawową znajomość polskich zasad rachunkowości oraz doświadczenie w zakresie rachunkowości zarządczej.
  • Bardzo dobrze znasz MS Excel.
  • Przejawiasz inicjatywę w działaniu i we wdrażaniu zmian, jesteś osobą skrupulatną i dokładną.
  • Posiadasz wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne.
  • Jesteś komunikatywny/a i lubisz pracę w zespole.
  • Umiejętność do wprowadzania optymalizacji procesów nie jest Ci obca.
  • Bardzo dobrze posługujesz się językiem angielskim- na poziomie umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację (B2/C1).
