We are a world leader in design, production and sales of high-quality ceramics, refractory materials and control systems for demanding industrial usage. Our Shared Service Center in Kraków has been growing steadily for the past few years and we are now proud to say that we have over 160 colleagues on board servicing such areas as RTR, PTP, ITC, Payroll and supporting the processes regionally for our organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing balance sheet reconciliation including cash transactions reconciliation (e.g., daily cashbooks)
  • Analyzing P&L accounts (mainly OPEX)
  • Supporting more senior colleagues in preparation and posting of journal entries (allocations, provisions, accruals, reclassifications, etc.)
  • Supporting with month-end and year-end closure activities
  • Supporting in the preparation of required financial reports
  • Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information is accurate and immediately available when needed
  • Cooperating with internal and external auditors
  • Cooperating with the local finance team and other Vesuvius departments
  • Keeping the process documentation up to date

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree preferably in Finance or Accounting or related field
  • Basic previous experience RTR/GL area or other finance area, ideally from an accountancy firm or SSC/BPO environment – e.g., an internship
  • English at minimum B2 level
  • Good MS Excel skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Motivation and ability to gain knowledge fast and process information
  • Ability to work in a team
  • “Can-do” attitude

e) odbiorcami Pana/Pani danych osobowych mogą być podmioty wspierające administratora w przeprowadzeniu procesu rekrutacji;

f) Pana/Pani dane osobowe będą przechowywane przez okres trwania rekrutacji oraz przez 3 miesiące od zakończenia procesu rekrutacji;

g) Pan/Pani posiada prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowania, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu, prawo do cofnięcia zgody w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem - jeżeli przetwarzanie odbywa się na podstawie zgody;
