SAP FI-CO Consultant

 

Role Purpose:

Are you ready for new challenges? We are seeking a skilled SAP S/4HANA FI-CO Consultant who will be part of cross-regional SAP transformation in big retail companies. The successful candidate will implement and optimize SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules, focusing on production controlling and overhead cost controlling. This role requires deep technical expertise in SAP S/4HANA, including configuration, customization, and integration.

Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements related to controlling processes with stakeholders.
  • Translate business needs into SAP S/4HANA configuration and functionality.
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and prepare WRICEF documents.
  • Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules based on the blueprint.
  • Create technical specifications for backend and frontend developments.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios to ensure FI-CO process functionality and integrity.
  • Plan and deliver key-user training sessions on SAP S/4HANA FI-CO modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support to end-users, addressing queries and concerns.
  • Investigate and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA FI-CO configuration.
  • Communicate project progress, issues, and resolutions to project managers and implementation teams.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in SAP environments, emphasizing production controlling and overhead cost controlling.
  • Practical experience in SAP S/4HANA and FIORI.
  • Completing at least one full-cycle SAP S/4HANA project for international companies in a senior consultant role.
  • Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA FI-CO functionalities, configuration, and integration capabilities.
  • Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation.
  • Ability to operate with S/4HANA functionality via FIORI interfaces.
  • Cross-functional experience with FI/PP/SD/MM modules.
  • Experience in providing training and support to key- and end-users.
  • Knowledge of ABAP/HANA for necessary enhancements.
  • Methodological knowledge in product costing, overhead accounting, and finance.
  • Experience working in international environments with global business acumen.
  • Proficient in English.
  • Preferred: Background in retail processes.
