Payroll Administrator

Location:  Piotrkowska 157a, 90-440 Łódź, Poland

Hybrid working

Join Tate & Lyle GSS in Łódź as a Payroll Administrator. It's a great opportunity for someone who has already experience in managing the payroll processing activities and delivering accurate and timely pay checks to employees, as well as is ready to take on new challenge.

You will be responsible for:

Ensuring accurate and timely processing of the monthly payroll input by instructing the external payroll partner

Enroll employees in benefits plans and terminate enrolments

Reviewing and approving the outputs and coordination of the post payroll activities

Co-ordinating any relevant 3rd party payments

Liaising with the finance team to ensure accurate posting of all payroll related costs

Ensuring data integrity between Workday and the payroll platform

Be the single point of contact for payroll inquiries for the assigned countries

Proposing and driving process improvement/standardization

Providing assistance with ad-hoc projects and support rest of team when required

University Degree (Bachelor or Master)

Fluency in English (both verbal and in writing)

Ability to meet deadlines and give attention to detail

Must possess analytical skills (good Excel knowledge)

Excellent customer service skills

Experience of working with a 3rd party payroll provider – will be an asset

Experience of working with HR systems (especially Workday, SAP) - will be an asset

Experience on a similar position - will be an asset

Experience with Netherlands payroll – will be an asset
