Leading and developing the finance function within the organization;
Budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and reporting;
Commercial and business support through various analysis;
Preparation of annual reports;
Coordination of monthly/annual accounts per local GAAP and IFRS;
Close cooperation with company management and all departments;
Communication and cooperation with external entities (e.g. tax advisor, auditor, bank, tax office);
Tasks assigned by the manager even beyond the above tasks;
Participation in both functional and cross-functional projects.

International manufacturing company, responsibility for controlling & accountingAccounting background (PAS, IFRS), fluent English, SAP

Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related;
At least 10 years' experience in finance in international company from manufacturing sector (a must), including several years' experience in a relevant role (Plant Finance Manager);
Accounting background, understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations and tax laws;
Solid experience in controlling, including budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, reporting and analysis;
Experience in team management (a must);
Fluency in English (min. B2/C1 level, both oral and writing communication);
Proficiency in financial software and controlling tools, such as MS Excel and SAP;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Effective communication and presentation abilities;
Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities.
