ABOUT THE ROLE 

The purpose of the Site Integrated Senior Planner role is to deliver best-in-class service to Wella markets by planning production capacities and ordering materials for our own production factories. 

You will join the Global Supply Chain Planning Team, which plays a critical role in product delivery to Wella customers. We collaborate cross-functionally and influence optimal decisions on service, cost, cash and innovation. We continuously evolve and elevate work process standards and daily operate in a multi-cultural context. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

Be responsible for line planning and scheduling of production for your portfolio based on current stock and availability level across different markets.  Order materials and components from our supplier to satisfy requirements of production plan.  Be part of multifunctional planning team working on new product launches and phase-in/phase-out management.  Lead short and mid-term capacity planning for your production line.  Contribute to supply chain set-up for your portfolio: set-up of safety stock, planning parameters in SAP ERP system.  Contribute to inventory and cost management of your portfolio.  Own the set-up of planning parameters and regular master data audits.  Own one of business processes to define and standardize best approach within your team.

WHAT WE WANT YOU TO BRING ALONG 

University degree or min. 1 year of equivalent experience in any Supply Chain area  Ownership, autonomy, and accountability for results within the given scope  Growth mindset, with focus on solutions, improvements, and constant learning  Priority-setting skills and efficient work organization in a dynamic business environment  Resilience to frequent changes in the supply chain  Ability to think and understand quickly, and to adjust plans and actions to the changing circumstances  Ability to communicate effectively and work as part of a team towards a common objective Ability to conduct data analyses and present the outcomes, driving the decision-making process  Fluent English, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Spanish will be an asset.  Mastery of MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)  (nice-to-have) Practical knowledge of SAP ECC software
