Salesforce Engineer

Job Responsibilities

in this position you will:

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions, including customizations, configurations, and integrations Utilize Salesforce development methodology and best practices for change management, development and configuration Participate in all stages of development lifecycle, with focus on solution design and hands-on implementation, but also supporting other relevant activities like testing, deploying and training Solve and analyse complex problems and leverage existing solutions in an innovative manner Work independently and be able to apply judgement in decision making Adhere to Salesforce technical and processual best practices and stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform releases Liaise with technical and business stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions Work from the Danfoss office 3 days per week (Hybrid role)

Background & Skills

Your profile:

1+ years of experience in developing on the Salesforce Platform. Good understanding of the Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules. Understands the core Sales and Service CRM processes. Good problem-solving and debugging skills, with the ability to analyse complex issues and provide effective solutions. All around solid technical knowledge on the various declarative configuration options offered by the Salesforce Lightning Platform. Experience in creating and maintaining Flows. Strong Apex coding skills, with the mindset to prioritize declarative configuration whenever possible (Low-Code approach). Familiarity with the different options to integrate Salesforce with external applications. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global distributed team. Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have skills:

Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and/or Salesforce Certified Administrator certifications Experience working in the manufacturing industry Hands-on experience developing custom Lightning Web Components and leveraging HTML, JavaScript, and CSS to enhance usability Familiarity with Agile software development methodology Familiarity with source control and CI/CD practices
