WORK LOCATION: Zielona Gora / PL (Hybrid)

WHAT YOU WILL DO  

Handling and coordinating of incoming transports, customs clearances, documentations and quantities receipts to the main or additional warehouses Support for the day-to-day warehouses operations including preparation & execution of weekly unloading delivery plans Daily main KPIs follow-up. implement preventive action in case of any business risk

WHAT YOU BRING IN

+1 year experience on similar role ideally under Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics departments Knowledge of incoterms Knowledge of customs and warehousing process documentations is nice to have  University degree, preferably in the area of Logistics, Supply Chain, Economy, Engineering or IT Intermediate knowledge and working experience on Microsoft 365 modules ( Excel), MS Access skills would be a huge asset Very good level of English
