Due to a dynamic development of our company we are looking team members.
The e-commerce specialist (specialists) will be responsible for:
direct contact with customers in Polish and English, overall order processing and performance, entering and updating in sales systemThe successful candidate shall:
have a very good command of English in speaking and writing (a necessity, due to cooperation with foreign customers) command of English will be an asset, at east secondary education (extra-mural students are welcome), very good computer skills, interpersonal skills and ability to solve problems, stress resistance and working against deadline, experience in phone customer service welcome.
