Detailed description of work task to be carried out
- In short your task will be to connect the data from various sources by using Experian's PowerCurve risk engine and design and implement credit risk strategies for a variety of consumers across the Bank.
- In detail as the coordinator from the technical side it is important that you have some knowledge on technical terms, deployments, system maintenance, as well as ability to read code and prepare upgrades. It is essential that you have experience in working with application scorecards and automated credit decision flows to be able to understand and challenge the requirements from our business partners.
- You work across business areas in the Nordics to mature and specify requirements together with our delivery teams. We are working with distributed teams, so excellent communication skills and working experience with offshore teams is important. Interacting with solution vendors on a technical level is also a key task.
- Professionally you are one of the best in your field and a recognised expert in building bridge between the sales and credit processes, and implement application scorecards in IT solutions. When you interact with different stakeholder groups, you are able to involve all in the process and can facilitate the group to reach decisions.
- As mediator among our business, development teams, and our external vendors you secure that the communication is working well between the relevant people. You work closely with our development teams, product owners and business partners and hubs that Credit Risk Capability supports.
- In the daily work you will support our development teams with well-documented requirement descriptions, facilitating workshops, take part in backlog refinement together with our product owners and drive analysis work for upcoming epics and features.
- Credit Risk Capability is part of Banking Technology and provides applications and services within the credit area to support partners.
- Today the department has many development teams that, using an agile way of working, develop solutions in close cooperation with our main business partner Group Credit Risk and other partners in Banking Technology.
Description of knowledge and experience
- You have several years of experience in automating credit decisions processes and technical implementation of application scorecards.
- You have hands-on experience in Experian PowerCurve programming / testing with strategy design studio for configuring Business Rules
- You're experienced in providing e2e solutions to stakeholders which include requirements gathering, designing, implementation and test support.
- You have a basic scripting knowledge.
- You understand programming concepts.
- You have knowledge of software design patterns, enterprise integration patterns, and software architectures.
- It is preferred that you also have experience in developing enterprise systems and applications and Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery in an agile way.
Since our corporate language is English and the social language in our department is primarily Danish, it is important that you can communicate fluently in English and preferably in Danish too.
