Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and deploying Extend Apps, with the ability to lead a team, organize tasks, and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Evaluate complex Workday business needs to assess their impact on Workday integration architecture.
  • Engage in hands-on development of various inbound and outbound data interfaces.
  • Resolve integration issues by leveraging deep knowledge of the Workday platform.
  • Manage deliverable schedules to ensure deadlines are met and provide guidance on integration strategies.
  • Apply expertise to deliver top-quality architecture and solutions for all Workday integration requirements.
  • Conduct all testing phases for integrations to ensure successful end-to-end completion.
  • Engage in Workday customization, including performance tuning and workflow adjustments.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Workday Studio development.
  • Expertise in constructing sequences of page flows.
  • Development of custom "to-do" tasks.
  • Creation and management of Extend business objects related to management.
  • Implementing security measures for pages and business objects.
  • Determining and displaying relevant data for nominators or approvers.
  • Requires both technical expertise and skills in project and stakeholder management.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement integration solutions for Workday HR modules.
  • Proven experience in integrating HR-related areas such as core HR, compensation, benefits, recruitment, talent management, and performance.
  • Knowledge of English language at a B2+/C1 level.
