  • Tryb pracy: hybrydowy - początkowo z przewagą pracy w biurze w Poznaniu, następnie z przewagą pracy zdalnej
  • Wyjazdy służbowe: ~4 razy w miesiącu (do klienta)
  • Rodzaj zatrudnienia: bezpośrednio w firmie klienta, długofalowa współpraca
  • Forma zatrudnienia: UoP lub B2B, wynagrodzenie stałe + premie uznaniowe i projektowe
  • Urlopy i dni wolne: płatne

Zakres obowiązków:

  • Analiza i zrozumienie wymagań klienta.
  • Tworzenie specyfikacji wymagań oraz dokumentacji projektowej, z której będzie korzystać zespół wdrożeniowy.
  • Aktywny udział we wdrożeniach, testach i szkoleniach dla klienta.
  • Zarządzanie zgłoszeniami od klientów oraz wsparcie w zakresie eksploatacji oprogramowania.
  • Budowanie trwałych relacji z klientami i opieka nad nimi.
  • Zarządzanie projektem wdrożeniowym oraz prowadzenie projektów rozwojowych dla firm różnej wielkości.
  • Nadzorowanie procesu tworzenia oprogramowania jako klient wewnętrzny.

Wymagania:

  • Poparte sukcesami doświadczenie w pracy w branży IT przy wdrożeniach systemów ERP / CRM / Workflow na stanowiskach konsultanta, analityka, kierownika projektu.
  • Bardzo dobra organizacja własnej pracy.
  • Umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów.
  • Umiejętność efektywnej współpracy z działem biznesowym oraz IT.
  • Wyższe wykształcenie (preferowane: informatyka, ekonometria, finanse).
  • Samodzielność, inicjatywa i zaangażowanie w działaniu.
  • Umiejętność pracy zespołowej.
  • Znajomość baz danych SQL (mile widziane).
  • Znajomość systemów Workflow (mile widziane).
  • Znajomość notacji dokumentacyjnych (UML, BPMN) oraz narzędzi do modelowania procesów (mile widziane).
  • Znajomość metodologii zarządzania projektami.
