Mid-Senior PHP Developer

 

A rapidly expanding British company specializing in haulage and logistics, with a growing presence in Poland, is in search of a PHP Developer. We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about developing innovative solutions and tackling complex technical challenges. The ideal candidate will be a mid or senior-level developer, either based in Warsaw or open to relocating to Warsaw, and capable of working full-time from the office in the city center.

As a PHP Developer, you will play a key role in defining and implementing the technical vision for our new haulage and logistics platform. Working closely with project teams and other departments, you will drive the development of cutting-edge products that exceed our customers' expectations. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire product development lifecycle, from design and coding to deployment and maintenance. Your contributions will directly impact the final product, and we expect you to bring a proactive and creative approach to your work.

 

Key responsibilities:

• Designing, coding, testing, debugging, maintaining, and documenting in PHP to create a platform that automates the sales and delivery of our client services.
• Working in a continuous delivery environment, writing production-ready code that is continuously deployed.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and upgrading software.
• Participating in code reviews and contributing to technical decisions.
• Collaborating with other teams to ensure that our products are user-friendly and intuitive.

 

Key requirements:

• Experience with PHP/Laravel and JS/React.
• Previous experience as a backend or full-stack developer in a similar self-driven work environment.
• Strong technical background with experience in software development, system architecture, DevOps, and/or other technical domains.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to think strategically in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Passion for your work and eagerness for future development as a developer.
