SiemensDigital Industries Software (DISW) Legal Entity Finance Team is responsible forthe controlling as well as providing an implemented governance framework toensure adequate operations across all businesses. Our mission is to ensurecontrolling and reporting of the legal entities in Austria & Switzerlandand the coordination of the closing activities with all customers to providecorrectness of legal entity books and records in line with local statutoryrequirements as well as with FRG (financial reporting guidelines). Under ourGovernance responsibility, we guide the organization to provide strongstewardship with respect to compliance, local guidelines and harmonizedprocedures and to ensure smooth business integrations.

As apartner to DISW Austria & Switzerland executive management, we apply ourexpertise in a wide range of topics in order to build an impact that driveschange with improved financial results in a cross-border organization.

Role& Responsibility:

Consolidation and review of monthly financial figures between different reporting systems (2 SAP systems, ESPRIT, Hyperion Planning etc) as well as analysis of monthly results Support monthly creation and update of management reporting package for legal entities incl. commentaries Coordination and consolidation of Forecast and Budgeting process incl. cash and balance sheet planning Supporting the monthly closing coordination for all entities within Switzerland and Austria and ensuring correctness and completeness of provisions and accruals in results, coordination of balance sheet reconciliations with the team and Hub Accounting team Supporting the year end closing process as well as statutory audits Responsible for transfer pricing related documentation and implementation of relevant guidelines as well as transfer pricing documentation for audits for all DISW legal entities in Austria and Switzerland Ensuring the alignment of all financial activities with the internal control system, contact for internal and external audits Driver of new initiatives such as reporting automation, digitalisation and constant change within the Legal Entity Operations team and beyond

Whatdo you need to realize what matters:

Strong professional experience in Accounting/Controlling Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred. High affinity to work with tools and applications (SAP, Tableau, PowerBI, Hyperion Planning, Excel, ppt) and continuous process improvements Critical thinker with analytical skills and excellent attention to quality and detail Open minded teammate acting as role model Strong understanding of financial concepts, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling Proven background in controlling, reporting and planning Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills, ability to get along with various organizational levels and drive new initiatives Fluency in English language German language knowledge would be beneficial
