What You Will Do:

Develop and implement local marketing strategies and plans in collaboration with the EMEA Marketing team. Manage product launches from planning to execution, ensuring successful market entry and growth. Set pricing proposals to achieve revenue and gross margin goals, aligning with Sales and Pricing departments. Conduct market research to identify local needs, competitor offerings, and opportunities for differentiation. Organize and manage local events, workshops, and educational programs to promote new products and engage key stakeholders. Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, scientific societies, and other external stakeholders. Support local sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and resources to drive product promotion and sales. Travel within assigned regions as needed to support sales and marketing activities (approximately 50-60% travel).

Who You Are:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; certifications in product management or healthcare marketing are a plus. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or sales roles within the medical devices sector, specifically in interventional therapies. Strong knowledge of local market dynamics, consumer behavior, and healthcare trends. Proven experience managing product launches from conception to post-launch analysis. Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strategic and creative thinker with strong analytical abilities.
