We are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations & AMS Leader to join our dynamic team In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of Workday with various systems and leading the Application Management Services team to ensure the ongoing support and optimization of our Workday HCM & Financials platform.

Summary of Responsibilities:

Lead an AMS team to support & maintain Workday HCM & Financials to provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancement services to stakeholders.

Primary architect for integrations between Workday and other systems, ensuring data integrity, stability, and security.

Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into secure integration design patterns.

Provide guidance and expertise on best practices for Workday integrations and application management.

Stay up-to-date on the latest Workday releases, features, and industry trends to provide strategic guidance to business leaders.

Oversee data governance, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.

Serve as the subject matter expert on all technical aspects of Workday.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, best practices, and standard operating procedures.

Ensure continuous learning and professional growth within the Workday technical team.

All other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications (Minimum Required):

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Fortrea may consider relevant and equivalent experience in lieu of educational requirements.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience (Minimum Required):

Minimum of 10 years of experience in Workday implementation and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM, Financials, and other relevant modules.

Proficiency in Workday integration tools, data management, and reporting.

Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and security practices.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Workday Pro Integrations) preferred.

Experience within a CRO or similar environment is highly desirable.
