Product Operation Manager

We are currently seeking a Product Operation Manager (m/w/d) for our Europe Region.
Tasks- Outline product marketing deployment timelines and Lead product marketing content development
- Shape product marketing campaigns that target prospective customers
- Craft TIENS’s product storytelling vision and voice
- Reviewing and approving new and modified products and claims, as well as product packaging/labelling and marketing communication materials
- Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning how to market and promote the product to the public
- Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market
- Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
- Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability
- Completed studies with a focus on chemistry/marketing or sales
- Professional experience in research & development/sales/marketing, preferably in the food supplement and cosmetics industry
- Independent, structured and goal-oriented work with an entrepreneurial
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns
- Excellent speaking and writing in Local and English, Chinese is a plus.
