Qualifications

Business skills:

  • Experience in working with business stakeholders - business requirements definition and planning

  • Results-oriented, self-driven, and highly motivated to leverage technology to improve business processes

  • Experienced in managing conflicting priorities and remaining focused and effective under time pressure

  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork

  • Good English (written and verbal) - working with English-speaking stakeholders daily

Technical skills:

  • Proven track record of  developing production-ready solutions with  Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) with Dataverse as a data backend

  • Microsoft PowerBI experience (dashboards, reports, data aggregation, and integration from various file and database sources)

  • Experience in administering cloud services, preferably Azure, AWS, and Office 365

  • Experience in designing and implementing relational databases

  • Experience in developing and testing REST endpoints

  • Knowledge of modern software engineering patterns and practices

  • Experience with CI/CD solutions, preferably Azure DevOps

Will be considered as an advantage:

  • Experience in developing custom connectors (.NET) for Power Platform

  • Experience in developing Power Platform AI solutions

  • Experience in developing solutions integrating other machine learning frameworks

  • Azure and/or Power Platform certification

  • IT outsourcing experience
