Opis stanowiska:
Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku będzie odpowiedzialna za analizę wiekowania należności i kontakt z klientami ws przeterminowanych wierzytelności oraz dalsze procedowanie zgodnie z polityką firmy. Ponadto w zakresie zadań tego stanowiska będzie aktualizowanie danych w systemie CRM klientów w zakresie wykonanych usług przez naszą Spółkę.

Do zadań tej osoby należą:
Sporządzanie raportów wiekowania należości Kontakt z klientami (telefoniczny, mailowy, pocztowy) w sprawie należności przeterminowanych Aktywna współpraca z działami operacyjnymi, handlowymi oraz Klientami w zakresie wyjaśniania należności spornych Przygotowywanie dokumentacji dla kancelarii prawnych Sporządzanie wezwań do zapłaty i cykliczna ich wysyłka Sporządzanie potwierdzeń sald i ich wysyłka Wystawianie duplikatów dokumentów księgowych Wystawianie proform Obsługa systemów informatycznych Klientów, polegająca na wprowadzaniu dokumentów księgowych oraz realizacyjnych w celu uzyskania terminowych płatności Raportowanie wyników Inne prace w tym administracyjne, w tym przygotowywanie dokumentacji odbiorowej dla kierowników kontraktów. zgodnie z dyspozycjami przełożonego.Bezpośredni przełożony : Operational Manager
Wymagania
wykształcenie min średnie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku min 3 lat umiejętność obsługi komputera w tym znajomość pakietu MS OfficeKompetencje:
wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności współpracy zespołowej bardzo dobre umiejętności komunikacyjne skrupulatność i asertywność łatwość adaptacji do zasad i ich przestrzeganiaOferujemy:
