Jakie będą Twoje zadania?
- Aktywne pozyskiwanie kandydatów z wykorzystaniem różnorodnych źródeł, takich jak portale pracy, sieci społecznościowe, rekomendacje, konferencje i eventy branżowe. Stawiamy na proaktywność i jesteśmy otwarci na nowe, kreatywne metody docierania do najlepszych kandydatów.
- Publikowanie i tworzenie atrakcyjnych ofert pracy.
- Selekcja i weryfikacja aplikacji.
- Samodzielne prowadzenie i koordynowanie procesów rekrutacyjnego end2end.
- Współpraca z Hiring Managerami, działem HR, Sales, Marketing i Legal.
- Ciągłe podnoszenie swoich kompetencji, udział w szkoleniach i konferencjach.
- Budowanie marki pracodawcy poprzez aktywność w social mediach.
- Wsparcie w zadaniach backoffice i współpraca z Office Managerką.
Szukamy osoby, która:
- Ma minimum 3 lata doświadczenia w rekrutacji specjalistów IT.
- Zna rynek IT i rozumie jego specyfikę. Śledzi najnowsze trendy, technologie i narzędzia wykorzystywane w rekrutacji.
- Lubi pracę z ludźmi i potrafi doskonale władać językiem polskim oraz angielskim.
- Umie w Direct Search, a LinkedIn nie ma przed nią żadnych tajemnic
- Wyszukuje najlepszych specjalistów z zawrotną prędkością.
- Lubi pracę w zespole i chętnie dzieli się swoją wiedzą.
- Wykazuje się kreatywnością w pracy i lubi innowacje.
- Jest pozytywnie nastawiona i zaangażowana (tak jak my).
