Summary

The SAP Finance Lead within the (HST) Healthcare Systems and Technologies segment will actasa functional and technology leader for the ERP Record-to-Report domain delivering the functional capabilities required by the business. This role will provide the strategic leadership and consultation required to build and sustain efficient processes. As a leader, you will challenge existing practices by using your prior experiences, business partner feedback and externalserviceproviders. Record-to-report is a critical enabler within the HST segment, especially considering the complexities in channel sales, contracting mechanisms, service offerings and evolving pricing models based on changes in the healthcare landscape. This is aphenomenal position to transform a company through the application of digital technologies and the enabling of future business models to drive our top-line growth.

Responsibilities

Accountable for partnering with the business and external parties to differentiate the necessity of business requirements and map them to a coordinated set of solutions to meet the needs of the business.

Accountable for developing and designing solutions across the record-to-report process landscape using externalserviceproviders as needed and strivingfor commonality in processes when there is limited value in differentiating.

Responsible for understanding and acting on the integration points of record-to-report with adjacent process areas, such as commercial, supply chain, etc.

Proactively collaborate with your business partners on opportunities to bring value to the business.

Ownthe record-to-report technology strategy for enabling critical capabilities across the global segment.

Understand the HST go-to-market strategies and constantly be at the forefront of understanding how the company is differentiating itself from competitors and how that translates to capabilities required inrecord-to-reportprocesses.

Drive curiosity across the ERP team to understand technology offerings in the market and how the changing healthcare landscape is driving HST needs. Actasadoer to your business counterparts on enabling technologies within Record-to-Report.

Qualifications

10+years’experienceinrecord-to-reportprocesses, including at least 5 years within life sciences or healthcare, with specific experience in enabling processes with SAP as a technology foundation.

8+years’experiencein a leadership role for record-to-report and related teams.

Multiple years of demonstrated leadership of sophisticated global implementations.

Experience with ancillary products and integrations that are enablers to record-to-report processes, such as subscription enablement (BRIM), revenue management (ex. Vistex, Model N, etc.), process automation, consolidation, and others.

Comfortable operating across a matrixed organization (IT and business) to deliver outcomes and having a strong blend of business process knowledge and functional depth.

Significant partnership experience with large technology system integrators.

Curiosity and constant awareness of the latest trends in healthcare to create opportunities for the company, including e-Commerce, direct-to-consumer models, telehealth, subscription-based healthcare models, etc.

Experience in agile project delivery methodology.

Fluent English is a must
