To strengthen KION’s Business Strategy and IT capabilities, the new IT Service Hub has been built in Kraków as part of KION Business Services.

The IT Hub is the center of highly qualified IT talents who, by becoming an integral part of the KION Group IT organization, expand its capabilities and support comprehensive Business and IT transformations.

Your Role:

SAP BTP Developer will be part of the Application DevOps Platform Global Team responsible for the development and operations of the house-build SAP BTP products in KION Group IT. The person will take the responsibility to maintain, enhance and improve the solution, having a significant contribution to the IT Services delivered by KION Group IT, as well as the development of KION IT Service Hub in Kraków.

Your Responsibility:

Support the development of our global BTP applications together with your team. Be part of one of our agile teams with a focus on BTP CAP Java development to create a sustainable business value. Responsibility for creating, optimising and updating software applications. Actively take part in user stories and the requirements refinements for plausibility and consistency Reviewing the code & testing user stories and features with regard to acceptance criteria  Searching for bugs and fixing them Working on technical details with other development teams or external service providers to find the best technical solution The team's cross-functional, highly collaborative way of working also gives you the opportunity to learn about and develop in other software development disciplines and technologies.

Your Skills and Expertise:

3 years of working experience in a similar position (software development) You are familiar with one of the following technologies and are interested in other: SAP BTP Cloud Application Programming (CAP) Java (backend), SAP Fiori (frontend), SAP Business Process Automation (workflows) Preferably you have knowledge in Java You know the SAP BTP Platform Experience in cloud-based software development Proactive contribution to improvements and ideas for the product, also beyond pure software development Holistic view of the developed solution: from conception to operation Enjoy agile working methods (e.g. with Scrum) You enjoy working in international teams and communicate confidently in English.
