The Source to Contract Supplier Quality Team is the gatekeeper and administrator for the source-to-contract quality process to ensure that the entire process runs smoothly and timely, and if there are problems that arise in the process the Team facilitates the resolution of those issues. The Source to Contract Team is also the administrators of Ariba S2C tool.

Your role:

Preparation of quality documents.

Daily support for Source to Contract users regarding the process, Ariba tool usage and reporting functionality.

User Database Management.

Maintenance of reports, dashboards and database.

User materials preparation.

Resolving daily technical issues related to Ariba platform.

You're the right fit if:

You are currently a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student.

You are fluent in English.

You have good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

You are interested in working in an international environment in procurement.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

This role is an office role.
