Our client is a company from the automotive industry with an SSC IT in Wrocław. They create solutions related to transport and infrastructure, the Group's offers trucks, buses, construction machines, drive solutions for marine and industrial applications, financing and services depending on the availability and productivity of customers. They are committed to shaping the landscape of sustainable transport and infrastructure solutions.

Your role

your role will involve leveraging your expertise in business analysis, PowerBI, and end-user training to drive organizational growth through data-driven decision-making. You will be responsible for distilling complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic planning and process optimization. Your advanced PowerBI competency will be crucial in crafting dynamic reports and insightful dashboards that empower end-users with the skills and knowledge to leverage data effectively in their roles. Your proven track record in driving end-user training and education will be essential in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of PowerBI within the organization.

 

What we expect

  • Our ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of business operations, including strategic planning, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making. They should demonstrate the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights that drive organizational growth.
  • Advanced PowerBI Competency (at least 2 years): Mastery of PowerBI is essential for this role. The consultant should showcase expertise in harnessing PowerBI's functionalities to craft dynamic reports, insightful dashboards, and sophisticated data visualizations. Their proficiency should extend to data modeling, query optimization, and seamless integration of disparate data sources.

  • Proven Track Record in Driving End-User Training and Education: We require a consultant with a proven ability to drive the training and education of end-users. They should excel in developing comprehensive training materials, delivering engaging presentations, and empowering end-users with the skills and knowledge required to leverage PowerBI effectively in their roles.
