Job Description
For a global company delivering innovative healthcare solutions, we're looking for a Senior OT Security Architect.
Our client is part of a group responsible for IT across the entire healthcare group and its business segments. They ensure a seamless interface between IT operations and business operations, enabling all employees in production, logistics, and other areas to work efficiently and without disruptions
 As an OT Security Architect, you will play a key role in designing and implementing secure system architectures for critical infrastructure. Your expertise will ensure reliable operation in OT (Operational Technology) and ICS (Industrial Control Systems) environments.
 We're looking for a candidate who will have effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, including IT, network operations, and other security branches. The ideal candidate will be able to translate complex technical concepts into digestible diagrams and presentations for management and create detailed diagrams and documents for hand-off to engineering and ops teams. Will work effectively in a team environment, be self-motivated and driven to deliver quality solutions on schedule, and possess strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills. Vendor management and relationship management skills will also be essential.

Requirements
  • Experience: Have at least 5 years of experience working as a Security Architect in a multinational, geographically distributed environment.
  • Design Secure System Architectures: Develop robust and resilient system architectures for OT and ICS environments.
  • Standards: Be familiar with common security standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27000, CIS, NIS, and others.
  • Network Security: Possess knowledge of implementing and maintaining network security measures to protect critical infrastructure, including securing communication channels, firewalls, and network devices.
  • PRAM (Process Risk Assessment and Management): Have experience in assessing and consulting on risk management associated with OT processes, and be able to develop strategies to mitigate vulnerabilities and threats.
  • Endpoint Protection: Design and deploy security controls for endpoints to prevent unauthorized access and ensure data integrity.
  • Identity Protection: Align security measures across both IT and OT environments, including managing user identities, access controls, and authentication mechanisms.
  • Security Technology Expertise: Have experience with as many of the following security technologies as possible: Microsoft Defender IoT, CrowdStrike, BeyondTrust, Azure Sentinel.
