For one of our key Clients we're looking for a specialist for the position of:

Salesforce Consultant

 

Terms of engagement:
 Area: Consulting IT
Localisation: 100% remoteStart: ASAP (max 3 month notice period)
Salary rate (determined individually): 155 - 180 PLN net + VAT / hTerms: B2B (outsourcing via 1dea), full-time, long-term 

Recruitment process (100% remotely):

  • Phone "hello" interview with 1dea recruitment consultant (~10 min)
  • Technical and business conversation with our Client (approx. 1,5 hour)
  • Decision to cooperate

Scope of duties:

  • Conduct business needs analysis of clients and develop Salesforce implementation strategies.
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions according to client requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for end-users.
  • Collaborate with development teams and other consultants to deliver projects.
  • Manage implementation projects, including timeline, resources, and budget.
  • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues during implementations.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and provide post-implementation support.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with Salesforce, including at least 3 years in a consultant role.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and experience in designing and implementing solutions on the platform.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with clients at all levels of an organization.
  • Experience in managing implementation projects.
  • English proficiency at level B2+
