Zadania i odpowiedzialność

  • Nadzór, aktualizacja i optymalizacja istniejących procedur i procesów oraz opracowywanie nowych - poprawiających jakość i wydajność operacji - ze szczególnym akcentem na wymogi systemu ISO 9001: 2015.
  • Monitorowanie i nadzór nad przestrzeganiem norm i standardów związanych z innymi systemami funkcjonującymi w firmie, jak HACCP, ISO 27001, 5S.
  • Koordynowanie procesu adaptacji firmy do wymogów związanych z raportowaniem ESG.
  • Monitorowanie i analizowanie wskaźników jakościowych i wydajności procesów operacyjnych - Inicjowanie i koordynacja działań dla osiągnięcia celów jakościowych.
  • Przeprowadzanie audytów wewnętrznych systemów: ISO, HACCP, 5S
  • Opracowanie i nadzór nad dokumentacją jakościową, przygotowywanie rocznych sprawozdań, raportów i analiz wskaźników jakościowych.
  • Współpraca i wsparcie innych działów w zakresie kwestii systemowych i jakościowych.
  • Prowadzenie szkoleń jakościowych dla pracowników.
  • Członkostwo w Sztabie Kryzysowym w ramach Polityki Ciągłości Działania.
  • Udział w audytach klienckich i certyfikacyjnych (2 i 3 stronnych) oraz nadzór nad działaniami naprawczymi.
  • Opracowywanie formularzy "self assessment" od dostawców / klientów.

Kwalifikacje

  • 3-5 lat doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w firmie logistycznej lub produkcyjnej.
  • Wykształcenie wyższe (najchętniej kierunkowe: techniczne - z zakresu logistyki, zarządzania jakością, zarządzania procesami, itp.).
  • Umiejętność prowadzenia dokumentacji jakościowej.
  • Znajomość narzędzi i metod pomocnych w analizie procesów i poprawie jakości.
  • Proaktywność i umiejętność analitycznego myślenia i interpretowania złożonych danych.
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office (zwłaszcza Excel).
  • Odpowiedzialność, samodzielność, skrupulatność.
  • Komunikatywność oraz umiejętność pracy w zespole.
  • Mile widziany Certyfikat audytora wewnętrznego ISO 9001.
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego (wystarczy komunikatywna).
