The role

We are seeking a proactive, curious analyst with a technical background. Reporting in the first instance to the Head of Growth for the business unit, you form part of the Incubated Startup Team, and work collaboratively with multiple teams and regions to provide insights that shape our products, campaigns and customer experience.

This is a new role is within an incubated and fully funded venture operating at pace in a start-up fashion, and benefits from the sizable power of the parent company. We are seeking a strategic problem solver and a doer, someone comfortable being hands on but also working autonomously. While you’ll be based in Krakow, you’ll be working with our marketing, product and tech teams in London and Bengaluru.

What you’ll do:

Collaborate with Growth & Product teams, delivering analysis-ready data

Determine and manage the data needed to understand the customer journey

Develop data models with BigQuery

Execute and maintain analytics tracking with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

Create reporting structures in Google Analytics/Looker for self-service analytics

What we’re looking for:

Enthusiastic about building and owning projects from inception to completion

Good communicator, capable of simplifying technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders

Background in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics engineering

Advanced SQL proficiency with demonstrated skills in data modeling and warehousing

Familiarity with software development lifecycle in analytics ( version control, testing, and CI/CD)

Familiarity with cloud technologies such as Snowflake, AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
