Rotations across Departments: Spend 3 -9 months in given department, gaining hand-on experience and a comprehensive understanding of our operations. Impactful Projects: You'll work on challenging projects that have a high impact on our business and are hihly visible to senior managment. Your contribution will make a real difference. Career Developmet: Follow a clear and structured development plan designed to take you from Junior position to an experienced Danone Leader. About You
Graduate in technical studies: food technologist, dairy technologist, mechanical enginnering - as a plus. First working experience in the technical function. Fluency in Polish and English is a must - both speaking and writing. Strong analytical and communication skills. Good organization skills with multi-tasking adaptability. Co-creation mindset and openess. Willigness to travel locally & internationally.
