JOB DESCRIPTION
To further execute our plan, our Client is looking for an ambitious Fund
Accounting Analyst who will be assisting our clients regarding fund
accounting matters as part of daily operations. You will use your expertise to
maintain and extend our product alongside a highly motivated team of
founders, product specialists, domain experts, creatives, and engineers.

Over the last seven years, we have built our product from the ground up.
With a team of skilled people, we have grown from a startup to a scale-up,
and everyone who was involved in the early days is still part of the team
today. Our product is regarded as one of the best in the European venture
capital and private equity industry. We are scaling quickly and have big plans
to further expand our product offering based on the requests from the 400+
funds we serve.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


-Build relationships with key stakeholders at the client side to
understand their goals
-Assist clients with questions regarding fund accounting matters as part
of daily operations
-Assist in calculating and preparing subsequent closing, drawdown and
distribution notices
-Assist in fund reporting calculations and reconciliations
-Create and deliver high-quality fund accounting training
-Assist in testing newly developed fund accounting functionality
-Gather and contribute technical knowledge into product features to
improve our software
-Handle the clients data confidentially and with utmost care

 

QUALIFICATIONS


-c.1-2 year of experience in Financial analysis
-Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
-Excellent verbal and written communications. Full proficiency in
written/spoken English
-Able to promptly answer related email, phone calls and other
electronic communications
-Experience working in a team-oriented environment with strong
customer-service orientation
-Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and
effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Investment Financial/Accounting applications and processing
experience is preferred
-A strong working knowledge and understanding of Finance and
associated principles is preferred

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE


-BSs in Finance, Accounting or other relevant field of study, or
equivalent of education and experience
-Highly skilled in the use of Excel data functions

LANGUAGE SKILLS


Fluent in English (reading, writing, verbal)
