Job Purpose

Join us and provide an administrative and controlling support to the Cost Engineer within one or several projects

Job Description

• Issues special man-hours registration and / or invoicing procedure

• Provides the Accounting department with necessary information for invoicing and accounting

• Executes activities in compliance with both company and client HSE Management System objectives and procedures, as well as Quality standards and policies, and other applicable company procedures 

• Assists and supports the cost control engineer on Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) contract

• Follows up the activities on small to medium engineering services, secondment activities, and lumpsum engineering services contracts or reimbursable

• Monitors budget forecast for small projects under the cost engineer supervision

You are meant for this job if:

• High school diploma (Professional / Technical diploma preferred)

• 2-4 years of experience in similar role

• Professional English and Polish

• Knowledge of cost control tools and methodologies

• Analytical and problem solving skills

• Establish good relationship and cooperation with colleagues in the project team
