Aktualnie dla jednego z naszych klientów poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko: Specjalista ds. rekrutacji międzynarodowych.

Rekrutacja jest prowadzona dla amerykańskiej firmy, specjalizującej się w diagnostyce molekularnej - diagnostyka nowotworów na wczesnym stadium za pomocą nowoczesnych testów DNA. Organizacja zatrudnia około 6500 pracowników na całym świecie.

Talent aqusition Specialist

Miejsce pracy: Warszawa

  • Aktywne pozyskiwanie kandydatów na stanowiska średniego i wyższego szczebla za pomocą mediów społecznościowych, portali ogłoszeniowych lub agencji rekrutacyjnej;
  • Prowadzenie procesów rekrutacyjnych end-to-end: publikacja ogłoszeń, analiza CV's, przeprowadzanie wywiadów wstępnych, udział w interview's, składanie ofert zatrudnienia oraz udzielanie feedbacku;
  • Koordynacja procesu rekrutacyjnego, związana z zarządzaniem harmonogramem rekrutacji, organizowaniem spotkań kandydatów z managerami;
  • Współpraca z managerami i kierownikami zespołów oraz innymi interesariuszami w organizacji, w celu zrozumienia potrzeb rekrutacyjnych i zapewnienia odpowiedniego dopasowania kandydatów do stanowisk;
  • Śledzenie efektywności działań rekrutacyjnych, sporządzanie raportów dotyczących postępów w procesie rekrutacyjnym oraz identyfikacja obszarów do poprawy.

 

  • Doświadczenie zawodowe na analogicznym stanowisku w organizacji międzynarodowej;
  • Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego;
  • Znajomość metod pozyskiwania kandydatów tj. direct search, executive search, boolean search, X-ray search;
  • Znajomość narzędzi i technologii wspierających proces rekrutacyjny, w tym systemów ATS;
  • Umiejętność budowania relacji z kandydatami i hiring managerami;
  • Wysoka kultura osobista oraz umiejętność identyfikacji potrzeb zespołu;
  • Umiejętność pracy w zespole międzynarodowym oraz współpracy z innymi działami organizacji w celu skutecznego realizowania celów rekrutacyjnych i wspierania strategii biznesowej.

 

  • Umowa o pracę;
  • Praca hybrydowa (3 dni stacjonarnie, 2 dni zdalnie/tyg);
  • Biuro zlokalizowane obok PKP Służewiec;
  • Roczna, uznaniowa premia wynosząca 10% rocznego wynagrodzenia brutto;
