The B2B Onboarding is a self-developed SaaS workflow application used for information exchange between our retail partners and suppliers. Its core concepts are a workflow builder with an automation & template engine.

Product Owner - B2B Onboarding Application (f/m/d)

Organization: Markant Services International Polska Sp. z o.o. Location: Warschau

Our Offer

We are looking for an agile Product Owner to manage our B2B Onboarding Web-Application according to our business needs.

Technologies used in the project: Python, PostgreSQL, MS Azure, Terraform, Kafka, Kubernetes, Typescript, React

Methods used: pair programming, TDD, Scrum-ish: daily, refinement, planning, retro, laughing together 

Tools used: JIRA, Confluence, GitLab

Your Profile

Focus is on the customer’s needs and on maximizing the value of the product Experience with software development, including knowledge of coding languages and working with software developers – you also must understand their needs and make sure they have everything they need to do good work Having a vision on where the product will be going and using a roadmap as a guide to ensure that everything is on track Communication Skills: As the “voice of the product,” you must have excellent communications skills, as well as the ability to communicate with various groups and in crowds Organizational Skills: you must have a strong attention to detail and sense of where exactly that detail should go. You should also have great time management skills, both for yourself and the team A pragmatic, analytical mind: you are a natural problem solver, always looking for pragmatic ways to improve things or address a particular issue Business sense: You are an essential part of our business, so it helps to have a good head for business in this job. This will also mean keeping a finger on the pulse of market trends and knowing what works for competitors Since there will be a lot of communication with our office and customers in Germany you should be fluent in english and ideally also speak German
