Treasury Operations Analyst

We are looking for a for Treasury Operations Analyst region to join our team in Warsaw Office.

We work in a hybrid mode - 2 days in the office.

Main responsibilities:

Manage and execute daily cash activity on a timely and efficient manner through SAP and electronic banking platforms Work closely with banks in relation to perform bank confirmations and settlements for FX and Investment transactions Manage and analyze cash forecast and cash report for subs and European headquarters Guide Treasury counterparties in achieving best results related to cash forecast  Cover Back Office tasks related to Global Netting and Payment on Behalf of Respond promptly to treasury related inquiries from internal and external counterparties Responsible for MEC processes and reporting to subs, Division and Corporate Take part in treasury related projects (incl. projects related to system improvements and legislative projects) Bank accounts maintenance Supporting initiatives related to continuous improvement of processes in the European Treasury Department and ensuring reliability of data within new tools Work closely with European Front Office and Accounting team as well as other Treasury centers such as APAC, ATC, LATAM Support SOX, CAD, external audits inquiries

Requirements:

University degree in Finance or equivalent Fluent in English (written and spoken) High level of accuracy, attention to detail, commitment and diligence Good Team player with interpersonal and communication skills Experience in treasury cash management area or similar Working knowledge of SAP would be a benefit Excellent command of MS Office Tool (Excel) and scripting/macros would be a benefit
