The Role

An inclusive, innovative global FMCG business supported by 25,000 employees is looking for an Record to Report Intern. The purpose of the Record to Report Intern role is to provide hands-on support to the accounting department, helping to maintain accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth operation of various accounting functions.

Principle Accountabilities

Support Intercompany Netting reconciliation process, Assist in creating documentation for fixed assets requests, Contribute to the preparation of daily and monthly reporting and support RTR Accountants in month-end and year-end close processes,  Collaborate with RTR Specialists to provide necessary documentation and explanations to support internal and external audits, Serve as a helping hand by performing other administrative and accounting duties as needed, Attend training sessions and workshops and actively seek opportunities to learn to enhance professional knowledge.

Skills and Experience Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Attention to detail and good organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and high motivated. Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
