As a CFD Engineer at Flexcompute, you will be integral to the development and enhancement of our CFD software. You will collaborate with a team of experts to design, implement, and optimize simulation products and workflows, ensuring our software meets the highest standards of performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with software developers to integrate CFD functionalities into the software suite.
  • Utilize programming skills to write, test, and maintain code in languages such as Python and C++.
  • Design and modify CAD models to support CFD analysis and software testing.
  • Conduct validation and verification of CFD models to ensure accuracy and robustness.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to users of the software.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in CFD methodologies, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong understanding of computational fluid dynamics principles and applications.
  • Excellent programming skills in languages such as Python and C++.
  • Proficiency in CAD design software and tools.
  • Solid understanding of aircraft design and aerodynamics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with CFD software development and implementation.
  • Familiarity with high-performance computing environments.
  • Previous internship or project experience in the aerospace or software development industry.
  • Good English reading and writing skills
  • Good Polish reading and writing skills
