Obecnie poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko:
Product Owner Miejsce pracy: Warszawa mazowieckie Numer Referencyjny: PO/Z//Do zadań osoby na tym stanowisku należeć będzie:
Koordynacja prac zespołu tworzącego oprogramowanie (analityków, testerów, deweloperów, ux designerów), Budowanie roadmapy produktu w oparciu o potrzeby biznesowe, Zarządzanie backlogiem produktu (opis i priorytetyzacja elementów backlogu na potrzeby prac zespołu), Prowadzenie wydarzeń scrumowych, Współtworzenie makiet i projektów UX/UI wraz z UX Designerem, Koordynacja zmian w innych systemach Warty, współpraca z innymi zespołami, Udział w spotkaniach projektowych, wdrożeniach i optymalizacji oprogramowania, Wsparcie zespołu w bieżącej optymalizacji procesów sprzedaży i realizacji celów biznesowych.Nasze oczekiwania:
Absolwent kierunków ekonomiczno–menadżerskich lub technicznych, Doświadczenie w pracy jako Product Owner, Product Manager lub Project Manager, Doświadczenie w pracy nad produktem technologicznym/ aplikacją webową, Znajomość podstaw Scruma, umiejętność tworzenie user stories i pracy z backlogiem produktu, Doskonała organizacja pracy, umiejętność priorytetyzacji zadań i podejmowania decyzji dotyczących rozwoju produktu, Zaangażowanie, proaktywna postawa i nastawienie na realizację celów biznesowych, Komunikatywność, asertywność i umiejętność pracy w zespole, Wiedza z zakresu rozwoju oprogramowania i ubezpieczeń będzie dodatkowym atutem, Znajomość narzędzi Jira, Power Point oraz Excel.Zainteresowanym współpracą oferujemy:
