We are looking to support our team in Germany as soon as possible an HRIS Admin EMENA (m/f/d)

Your Tasks: 

Data entry and -management: Entering and maintaining employee data in the HR system (new hires, transfers, promotions, resignations, etc.). Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all personnel data. Regularly reviewing and updating records to ensure accuracy. Managing transfers and promotions: Updating records in the HR system SuccessFactors for internal transfers and promotions. Ensuring that all changes in position, department and salary are recorded correctly. Management of Terminations: Documenting employee terminations, including recording termination dates and other relevant information. Communication and Collaboration: Working closely with other departments in EMENA to ensure all personnel data is accurate and up to date. Assist in responding to inquiries and providing information from the HR system

Your Profile:

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification in human resources. Initial work experience in data entry or human resources advantageous. Careful and accurate way of working, high level of attention to detail. Good knowledge of Google Workspace Experience in using HR software SuccessFactors desirable. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive data. Organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Business fluent (written and spoken) language skills in German and English are mandatory.
